Concurrent Design & Verification

CR-5000 offers integration with a wide range of analog, digital, mixed-signal and multi-technology simulators, including HSpice, PSpice, ADS, Active-HDL, ModelSim or Saber. It also supports the co-simulation of analog and digital functional blocks and programmable devices.

Power Integrity & EMC Verification

CR-5000 Lightning facilitates PCB power integrity by analyzing and providing guidance for sufficient power and ground connections and power distribution; limiting power supply noise and ground bounce. EMC analysis is available based on differential and common mode simulations, plus analysis that focuses on factors beyond the PCB from plugs or heat sinks, etc.

CR-5000 EMC Adviser helps to predict, analyze and control design issues that may cause EMC/EMI problems.

Parallel Mechanical & PCB Design

Zuken partnered with the leading MCAD system suppliers to develop ECAD/MCAD co-design tools which facilitate the interactive integration of ECAD and MCAD systems, and enable concurrent mechanical and electronic design. The need for re-design due to undetected 3D issues during ECAD layout is thus eliminated, making right-the-first-time products much easier to achieve.

CR-5000 Board Interchanger enables interactive ECAD/MCAD design collaboration by interfacing Zuken’s board layout solution CR-5000 Board Designer with Dassault’s CATIA V5 MCAD system.

NX PCB Exchange enables interactive ECAD/MCAD design collaboration by integrating Zuken’s board layout solution CR-5000 Board Designer with Siemens PLM NX MCAD system.

CR-5000 Board Modeler provides an optimized environment for electronics design in 3D and the verification of PCB layouts within their mechanical environment.
