Zuken support details during Christmas

With a busy 2019 drawing to a close, we are looking forward to the holiday season.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your partnership with Zuken during 2019.

We hope we’ve continued to meet and even exceed your expectations. If there is anything more we can do, please contact your account manager or support manager.

Support during the Holidays

During the Holiday season our offices will close for a few days to allow our colleagues to rest and spend time with their loved ones, ready to come back in 2020 invigorated for the year ahead.


Zuken’s European offices will be closed from Tuesday 24 December, re-opening on Thursday 2 January 2020.

During this period you can still login and submit your questions / issues within our support website, Zuken Global Support and we will answer upon our return.


Zuken’s American offices will be closed from December 25 – January 1.

  • Hotline coverage will be available December 26th – December 27 and December 30 – 31
  • Standard services start again on January 2, 2020
