We solely collect, process and use personal data if permitted or ordered by law or if you have pro-vided us with your explicit consent.
Visitor data collected
When you access the Website the client information and the essential and nonessential technical information listed below is automatically collected - we refer to those categories collectively as "access" information. No other information/personal data is collected through the Website except when you deliberately decide to send it to us (for example submitting data on a web form etc.). Minimum access information collected automatically
Due to technical reasons within the communication in the internet, your browser transmits specific data from your computer to us. Such data which are typically not personal will only be stored for the purpose of evaluation in case of errors and will be deleted after each session (meaning when you close your browser). Additionally, we normally receive your IP-address from your computer, which could be regarded as personal data in each individual case (for German users: please refer to section “German Anonymizer” in this context). Optional information submitted

Collection of personal data of registered users (Zuken.com User Account)
Further you may register as a user for the member area of the Website (“Zuken.com User Account”). Within the registration, you have to provide us with diverse data – including personal data – which will be recorded by us.
However, only such (personal) data are recorded that are required for carrying out the services regarding the use of the member area and to enable you to use the member area. These data are company names, the company´s address, as well as names, email addresses and passwords of the user of the member area of the Website.
These data are in particular used for authentication of the user. Aside, we record a so-called Session ID for each user for each session. Furthermore, we record certain activities during the use of the member area.
The way we use information
Use of Client information
Client information is solely used to route the requested Website to your computer for viewing. In theory, the requested Website and the routing information could be discerned by other entities involved in transmitting the requested page to you. We do not control the privacy practices of those entities.
Use of essential and nonessential technical information
Essential and nonessential technical information solely helps us respond to your request in an appropriate format (or in a personalized manner) and helps us plan Website improvements.

NOTICE for visitors from Germany - German Anonymizer
When the Website detects a visitor is accessing from Germany, based on GEOIP lookup (the refer-encing of the IP address you are accessing from against an IP database containing geographic IP address information), Zuken will not collect and store the IP user data, nor use such data (e.g. track visitor behavior; except via Google Analytics – for further details in this regard see below under section “Google Analytics”). This prevents the Website from promoting information that may be of interest.
Upon their first visit, to the first page (landing page) on the Website a visitor from Germany will be informed via the presence of an information bar at the top of the page that their activity will not be tracked nor content personalized. Should such visitor choose to allow this they can select the button “ACCEPT IP tracking” to allow a more personalized experience. A new cookie called “Allow-GEOIPTracking” will in such cases be written onto the visitors machine, and will be used for the next visit to remember that the the visitor has accepted the GEOIP tracking allowing the data to be recorded as like for other countries’ visitors.
Continuation on the Website without explicit selection to allow tracking will result in visitor being anonymized.
Use of optional information as well as information of registered users
Optional information you have provided as well as information you have provided in the course of registration for and the use of the member area (Zuken.com User Account) of registered users enables Zuken to provide you with information, products and services you have requested, and to keep you posted on the latest news on Zuken products and services, special offers and events which may be of interest to you. For these purposes Zuken may contact you by post and phone and, if you give Zuken your prior explicit consent to do so, by email or other electronic means.
However, Zuken will not use your personal contact information for promotional and marketing communication unless you give Zuken your permission to do so.
Further the Website offers you the opportunity to opt-out of use of your personal data for promotional and marketing communication in a number of situations.

Use of Google Analytics

Pairing Zuken.com User Account and Zuken Global Support (ZGS) websites
ZGS users are now able to ‘pair’ their ZGS accounts with their corresponding Zuken.com User Accounts. Once the user has requested a pairing and Zuken has authorized the user will be notified via email of the successful account pairing.
Once authorized, a ZGS user will be able to login to their Zuken.com User Account, select the ‘Transfer to ZGS site’ within the Support page and be transferred to the ZGS Website and automatically be logged into their ZGS account.
During this pairing process only the email address, to identify the user, and unique security keys are exchanged. No other information is exchanged.
The Website is not structured or designed for the use of children who are 12 or younger. It is Zuken's policy that a person must be 13 years of age or older to be allowed to enter personal data on the Website and submit such personal data to Zuken. Zuken will not knowingly accept personal data from children without parental consent. If Zuken learns that personal data is the information of a child under 13, Zuken will delete the information as soon as possible.
