There are still some speaker slots available for Z-DAC 2007 in November, so why not put forward your speaker ideas to the Z-DAC team?

1) If you would like to be a speaker at this year's conference email or call one of the conference coordinators, Amy Clements or Dionne Knowles to discuss your initial idea

2) Sign and return the speaker agreement

If you have been notified by Zuken that your presentation has been selected for the ’07 agenda, firstly you need to sign a speaker agreement form and either email or fax back to the relevant conference coordinator – Amy Clements for America and Dionne Knowles for Europe.

3) Logistics and organization

• As a speaker you will need to submit the following to the conference coordinators:
  • Short personal biography
  • Head and shoulders photo of yourself at 300dpi
  • Short company description
  • Company logo at 300dpi
• As a speaker you get to attend the whole conference free of charge, please register on the registration page using the speaker discount code supplied by the conference coordinators
• Don’t forget to book your hotel guest room, there is limited availability so book early
• If you have any technical requirements, i.e. you need use of a laptop or laser pointer, please notify the conference coordinators

4) Write and submit your final presentation

To allow all the conference support material such as presentation hand out CDs in time for the conference, you need to submit your final presentation well in advance.

Deadline date for submitting your final presentation is 14th September 2007

5) Present at the conference

When presenting at the annual conference, each speaker will be allocated a ‘speaker buddy’. This is a member of Zuken staff who will introduce you at the opening of your presentation and generally be on hand to support you prepare and present during Z-DAC. This personal will be allocated to you a couple of weeks prior to the conference. Download speaker guidelines and tips here.
