From the First Hello: Meet Brianna Carr

Starting a new job always comes with a learning curve. For Brianna Carr, it’s also an opportunity to connect, grow, and hit the ground running.
Brianna joined Zuken USA in November 2025 as a Sales Support Specialist and has quickly become a friendly and capable point of contact for customers new to the Zuken ecosystem. With a background in operations management, fast-paced logistics, and Aerospace customer support, she brings a structured and organized approach to her work. Brianna helps to qualify leads, answer questions, and connect prospective customers with the right resources. Her role blends responsiveness with relationship-building, helping ensure each customer’s first experience with Zuken starts on the right foot.
Building Blocks of a Customer-First Career
Gaining Speed at Amazon
Brianna’s career path began at The Ohio State University, where she earned a degree in Operations Management. That academic foundation gave her a strong appreciation for structure, efficiency, and process-driven thinking.
After graduating in 2022, she took on a fast-paced leadership role as an Area Manager at an Amazon warehouse. The experience helped her develop confidence, time management skills, and the ability to adapt quickly.
Stepping into Aerospace
Brianna later moved into the aerospace industry as a Customer Service Administrator, where she managed more than ten customer accounts and worked closely with internal and external teams to deliver fluid management products for both commercial and military clients.
Together, these early roles equipped Brianna with a valuable skillset that she now brings to Zuken—balancing details, maintaining clear communication, and always keeping the customer experience front and center.
A Support System in More Ways Than One
As a Sales Support Specialist, Brianna plays a key role in qualifying leads and supporting Zuken’s Account Managers. Often serving as the first point of contact for prospective customers, she focuses on building trust early—answering questions, setting expectations, and connecting people with the right internal experts. She also sees herself as a “bridge” between teams, helping ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.
Even as a new addition, Brianna already feels part of the team. “Everyone I’ve reached out to with questions has been more than willing to help, and I already feel 100% supported,” she shared. “I’m excited to grow, learn, and have fun with this team.”
Life Outside the Laptop

When the laptop closes, Brianna is all about balance—spending time with her husband, David, relaxing with their dog Lily, and staying active through fitness and cooking. Lily often keeps her company during the workday, typically perched on her lap while she replies to emails.
A Taste for Cooking and Fitness
Brianna is a self-proclaimed foodie and adventurous home cook, always looking to try something new in the kitchen. Need a recipe recommendation? She’s your go-to. She’s also an avid reader currently deep into the Outlander series, and a fitness enthusiast who mixes lifting, cycling, and Pilates into her weekly routine.
When the weather cools down, you’ll probably find her staying cozy indoors with a good Netflix binge. It’s a well-earned balance to her active lifestyle—and one that’s even sweeter after recently tying the knot in September. We’re thrilled to welcome Brianna to the Zuken family during such an exciting new chapter.

Looking Ahead
Brianna’s fresh perspective, strong communication skills, and positive energy are already making a difference. As she continues to settle in and grow in her role, we’re excited to see her help build stronger connections between Zuken and our customers. Welcome aboard, Brianna!
