By registering as a sponsor for Zuken Innovation World 2021 held on August 4-5, 2021, I commit to make my scheduled presentation and to submit the relevant presentation materials by the deadlines specified.

I am aware that I am now affiliated with Zuken. However, I acknowledge that there is no employment relationship between Zuken and myself. As such, I acknowledge that I am, under no circumstances, to use my presentation as a forum to promote my individual (or my company’s) product or services in verbal or promotional material unless the product(s) mentioned is explicitly outlined in the presentation abstract approved by Zuken.

I agree to provide Zuken with a video recording of my presentation for the event listed above. This presentation will only be accepted in .mp4 format. Presentations will be available for viewing by all attendees during and after the event until September 30, 2021. Presentations will be not be distributed to attendees.

I agree to provide such recorded presentation(s) by the required deadline of July 16, 2021. I grant Zuken the right to use my name and biographical information in connection with the above-listed presentation(s), including for promotional purposes.

As a benefit of being a speaker, I shall be given credit therein as the author of the presentation(s). Zuken may publish the presentation(s) in any version or translation, separately or with other presentation(s), and may authorize others to do so. I represent and warrant that the information in my presentation(s) is complete and accurate in all respects. I further warrant that all authors are credited in the presentation(s), that it contains no infringing or unlawful matters, and that I shall have the authority to grant Zuken the rights herein granted. I represent that my participation as a speaker is not inconsistent with any ethical or contractual obligations to which I am bound.
