Job Title: AI Application Developer – Zuken Tools

Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled developer to build and support custom software solutions that integrate with Zuken’s engineering tools, with a focus on AI-driven coding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using AI within Zuken’s software environment.
• Configure and set up software to meet customer requirements.
• Deliver engaging software demonstrations and support product evaluations.
• Lead training sessions and provide implementation support.
• Offer responsive customer service through the hotline and technical support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 5+ years of experience as a software developer or design engineer, preferably with cabling and wire harness design.
• Hands-on experience with CAD tools for cabling and wire harness design is a plus.
• Preferred: Experience with Zuken E3.series software suite.
• Programming experience with Codota, Kite, Python, C#, VB using the .NET framework.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access, SQL Server, and Oracle databases.
• Experience with testing tools such as Applitools and Testim is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of AI programming is required.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile development methodologies is a strong requirement.
• Knowledge of Machine learning and Machine vision.
• Understanding of LLMs, MCP, and RAG
• Prompt engineering
• Vector databases
• Integration with foundation model APIs
• Experience with Model training and fine-tuning
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel for business (approximately 10% of the time).
