Position: Software Developer

Overview:
The primary responsibility will be to devise, code, and support custom applications by developing scripts and programs to function within Zuken’s E3.series suite of tools. Other responsibilities include understanding customer requirements and fitting software to needs by configuration and setup, providing software demonstrations, supporting software evaluations, training classes, implementation support, and hotline support.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum: Five years’ experience as a software developer or design engineer experienced with cabling and wire harness design. Hands-on CAD experience with one or more cabling and wire harness design tools.
Preferred: Hands-on CAD experience with Zuken E3.Series software suite. Programming experience with C#, Visual Basic, and Python, and with the .NET framework; knowledge of Access, SQL, and Oracle database design, setup, and manipulation is a plus. Any AI experience around Claude or other similar tools is also welcome.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have outstanding communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Must be capable of working both in a team environment and independently. Strong customer relation skills a must. Business travel requirements are expected to be approximately 10% of the employee’s time.
