Placing Objects on Exact Position
When placing or moving objects, it's possible to specify the exact position on the drawing sheet.
This can be done in several ways:

Either right-click on an unplaced object in the Project tree and select the command Place from the displayed context menu, or

right-click on a placed object in the drawing area and select the command Move from the displayed context menu.
To use an exact position as final position

move the mouse and thus the object to the desired position according to the defined grid settings:

Keyboad

CTRL + arrow keys: Alternative grid

arrow keys: Working grid
-
then press Enter.
Note:
This functionality is only possible, if the Enable panning with arrow keys option in the Pan section is unchecked (Settings -> General -> Zoom/Pan).

CTRL + left-click: Alternative grid

left-click: Working grid

The coordinates (see red rectangle in image below) show the object's position in the working area.

Or use the Input Coordinates functionality to define the exact coordinates

by pressing the hotkey P upon dropping the object.
