Functional Unit Properties / Symbol Properties - Functional Units

This dialog box is only available, when a E3.FunctionalDesign or E3.check licencse is present!

 

To display or modify the properties of a functional unit:

• with the required functional unit / symbol selected in the drawing, select the Format -> Functional Unit Properties / Symbol Properties command from the Main Menu bar, or

• right-click on a functional unit / symbol in the drawing , select the Functional Unit Properties... / Symbol Properties... command from the displayed context menu or

• right-click on the desired functional unit / symbol in the Device tree view and select Functional Unit Properties... / Symbol Properties... from the displayed context menu.

   

  The following dialog box will be displayed:

   

  

 

Click on an entry field that contains a translatable text and press F3 to open the Translation Table dialog.

 

As in Database Editor mode, the columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order. Texts can be selected from the text database.

 

Functional Units
Name	A new attribute can be added. The list displays all attributes possible for functional units.
Entry	Either define the desired information in this field, or change already defined properties.

 

To delete an attribute, right-click in the left (gray) columns of the table and select the Delete Attribute... command from the displayed context menu.
