Component Properties (Database Editor mode)

To display/modify the properties of a component (in Database Editor mode),

• right-click on the component in the Component Tree of the Database Window and select Component Properties... from the displayed context menu.
  

   

  In this case no modifications can be made. The dialog only serves for information on the different database entries.

• Or, right-click on a component in the Component Tree of the Database Window, select New Component or Edit from the context menu and select the Component Properties... command from the displayed context menu activated on the component itself in the working area, or select the Properties... command from the context menu activated on a component in the DBE's Project Window tree view.
  

   

  In this case the component's properties can be modified.
