Component Properties/Assembly Properties - List of Values
For the object-oriented assignment of attribute lists to components (also connectors, cables and blocks), assemblies and symbols (in Database Editor mode), the List of Values tab is available.
The advantage is that the user does not have to define all values for each component / assembly, but can create "groups" to be used.
To display / modify the attribute values,

right-click on the component / assembly in the Component Tree of the Database Window and select the Component Properties... / Assembly Properties... command from the displayed context menu and select the List of Values tab.
In this case no modifications can be made. The dialog only serves for information on the different database entries.

To modify the component's / assembly's properties, right-click on a component / assembly in the Component Tree of the Database Window, select New Component or Edit from the context menu and select the Component Properties... / Assembly Properties... command from the displayed context menu activated on the component / assembly itself in the working area and select the List of Values tab.

Or select the Properties... command from the context menu activated on the component / assembly in the DBE's Project Window tree view and select the List of Values tab.

Note
When assigning a list to an attribute, the list's content is not verified, i.e. the list may not yet exist and the list's values may not correspond to the attribute type.
