Job Description
Zuken requires a talented, full-time Sales Account Manager to support Zuken’s rapidly growing, industry-leading EDA software solution business in North America.(https://www.zuken.com/us)
As assigned by the VP of North American Sales, you will manage named accounts in the Midwest and Eastern regions. You will be directly responsible for the customer’s success, retention, and growth. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales goals defined by our Vice President of North America Sales and successfully manage your assigned accounts to maximize customer satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.
.. Expected responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Meet regularly with your customers to understand their needs and requirements, and work with Zuken technical teams to ensure they are fulfilled.
- Create definitive customer growth and expansion plans within your assigned accounts and work to deliver them.
- Develop opportunities to win new business in accordance with group sales objectives.
- Work with our talented team of Applications Engineers to develop and execute strategies and tactics to close new business.
- Create sales forecasts and be responsible for achieving them.
Qualifications
Minimum: Five years minimum work experience as an Account Manager or Technical Account Manager in the EDA industry. BSEE or equivalent is strongly preferred.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have outstanding communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks effectively. Must be capable of working in both a team environment and individually. Strong customer relation skills are a must. The ideal candidate should expect to spend 25% to 50% on-site with Zuken customers in their assigned region.
