Account Manager Software (f/m/d) – Benelux and NRW
Your tasks
- New customer acquisition and existing customer sales in the area of software licences and IT services for the entire ZUKEN product portfolio, primarily for the Benelux countries and North Rhine-Westphalia
- Customer consulting with a focus on economic and legal issues in the field of software
- Involvement of technical colleagues in the acquisition of integrated IT solutions
- Negotiation of software framework agreements in cooperation with our legal department
- Maintenance of customer master data in the CRM system and forecasting
- Participation in customer events such as trade fairs or workshops
Your qualification
- Successfully completed studies or comparable technical training
- Sales experience in the field of technical software
- Knowledge preferably in the electronics development process (circuit diagram, layout, production) or in mechanical and plant engineering as well as automation technology
- Confident use of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Independent and systematic way of working and sense of responsibility
- Very good communication skills in English and Dutch
- Strong team spirit and customer orientation
- High willingness to travel
