Send/Receive Libraries To/From External Partners
It has become increasingly common to use external partners during the development cycle. To integrate such partners there needs to be a method of protecting your company’s IP, while being able to deliver high quality and accurate information to them. With this in mind Zuken’s “ELM” solution provides a unique method of integrating external partners without opening the engineering base and its IP to the outside world.
To implement such a solution there is an integrated send and receive methodology implemented, which ensures that a external partner can retrieve a subset of library components only for the particular design activity. This retrieve process also supports the attachment of the according design and related documentation. This solution also enables the retrieval of information back from external partners.
