Training Terms & Conditions - USA

Class hours will be 8:30am - 4:00pm daily.

Attendees should plan to arrive the evening before the course begins and to depart anytime after 6:00pm on the final day. 

Zuken will provide:

  • The hardware & software for installation
  • License file
  • Training data & manuals
  • ... and lots and lots of information!

General Terms & Cancellation Policies 

  • Classes must have a minimum of 6 students enrolled to be held.
  • Registration deadline is 3 weeks in advance of the class.
  • When students are booking airline tickets, it is advisable that they make them refundable - since classes may be cancelled if the attendance minimum is not met.
  • If at least 6 students are not registered by 3 weeks prior to a scheduled class, Zuken reserves the right to cancel the class. All registered students will be notified and re-scheduled. To protect the student's investment, a student may not be bumped from a class due to less than minimum enrollment more than one time.
  • Schedules and prices are subject to change without notice.

Pricing

  • Training at Customer’s Facility
    • Pricing for training at a customer’s facility is $3,000 per day for up to 6 students. Each additional student is $500 per student / per day with a maximum of 10 students per class. (Classes exceeding 10 students will require prior approval.) There will be an additional charge for instructors travel related expenses.
  • Training at a Zuken Facility
    • Pricing for a regularly scheduled training classes at a Zuken facility is $750 per person, per day with a minimum of 6 students total required for a class to be confirmed. (See “General and Cancellation Policies”) If multiple students from the same company attend the same class at a Zuken facility, a 10% discount is applied to the total cost of training for that company.
