Design Variations Management
Variation and destination management is fully embedded into System Designer and allows very efficient use of variant designs. The variant management utility controls mounted and non mounted devices that can be allocated predefined colors, represented in dashed mode or can be hidden. The corresponding net-strings and their connected global ports are automatically controlled and visualized in the same way. Using the same utility, it is possible to change attributes, values or part numbers, depending on the destination.
