Variant Managers allow the designer to change any part of a design to match different product and international requirements, storing all the information in a single CADSTAR schematic design file. It will also create multiple BOMs (bill of materials) for each variant in the early stage of the product design cycle, allowing purchasing departments time to negotiate component costs.
