Zuken.com User Account

How to Register

Zuken.com requires you to register and activate a User Account before being able to download certain collateral or register for an event. This 2 step approach is required to ensure that we only store data on you that you have submitted, or have given permission to be submitted, and stored by Zuken. 

  1. Zuken.com User Account Registration & Activation
  2. Download or Event Registration.

Once your User Account is activated, we will store your data, and pre-fill all contact forms on the website to help improve your user experience, whilst still providing you with the flexibility when registering for an event to change the data you submit.

  • The Zuken.com user account will NOT give you access to our Support website.
    Neither will your support username / password work by default for your Zuken.com User Account.

Zuken.com User Account Registration & Activation

  1. From within the event page or download item you wish to register for, you will see the following message.
    Register or Login to your Zuken.com User Account before being able to register for the event
  2. Select 'Register' OR if you have already registered in the past, select 'Login' and jump to the Event or Download process, below.
  3. If you have registered, but forgotten your password, you can submit your email address and we will generate a new password, which you can then update to something memorable to you within the 'Modify Profile' section of the website.
  4. Complete & submit the 'Zuken.com User Account' registration form.
  5. Go to your Inbox for the email address you submitted and look for an email from 'Zuken Website website@zuken.com

    If you fail to receive your 'Activation email' please contact: website@zuken.com.
    To prevent SPAM filters blocking this email it may be necessary to add website@zuken.com to your white-list of permitted email addresses - contact your IT department for assistance.
  6. Select your unique activation URL contained within the email.
  7. In the resulting web page, select the 'Activate' button. This will confirm your willingness to submit and permit Zuken to store and use your data for marketing purposes.
    NOTE: You can update your communication preferences at any time within the 'Modify Profile' section of the website.
  8. You will be re-directed to the page you started this registration process from and will need to continue to register for the event or download item. 

 

Event Registration Process

  1. Following on from the User Account Registration & Activation process, the blue box, shown above, will now be replaced by a REGISTER button. Select this to get to the Event registration form.
  2. Complete and submit this form to register for the event.
  3. You will now be re-directed to a registration confirmation page.
  4. Your details have now been submitted and registered for this event.

Registering Multiple People for an Event

If you wish to register multiple people please complete the event registration form multiple times, each with a different email address for the person you wish to register. 
One Zuken.com User Account can be used register multiple people, as long as the name and email address within this Event Registration form, are different.

 

Download Registration Process

  1. Following on from the User Account Registration & Activation process, the blue box, will now be replaced by a drop-down field, allowing language selection and a REGISTER button.
  2. Select your required language and then the Register button.
  3. Your download will now commence.
  4. Certain downloads (Software) may also generate an email to your registered address containing the password required to install the software. This email will come from 'Zuken Website' website@zuken.com
