Request your CADSTAR License

CADSTAR customers with a valid maintenance contract can request CADSTAR License Authorizations, required to activate the CADSTAR software, by completing and submitting the following form.
- CADSTAR Customers not on maintenance should contact their local CADSTAR representative.

How to find your CADSTAR Node ID:

In order to generate your license we require you to supply the ‘Software Key Details – Node ID’ shipped with your CADSTAR Software.

To retrieve this 7-digit code please…

  1. Start CADSTAR
  2. Select ‘Help’ then ‘About CADSTAR’
  3. Select ‘Software Key Details’
  4. Enter the EXACT characters (case sensitive) found within the Node ID field into the form below.

All requests will be processed in the order received and licenses returned to you within 24-72 hours.

Your new CADSTAR Authorization will be generated in accordance with your current maintenance contract.  Future updates of the release you have requested will NOT require that you submit a request for authorizations.
