Installation & Maintenance

Capture modifications made during installation as an overlay to the original design.

Machines and heavy equipment that are assembled and tested on the end users site, often during installation may require you to carry-out modifications. Documenting this can be very time consuming, as all changes need to be re-drawn in the original files. If you are doing this manually on a print-out it is often illegible or incomplete.

By using the E³.redliner, which is designed for the use on the construction site, all modifications can be designed as a graphical overlay on the original E³.series design, where it is also possible to add text and graphic information. The modification references are delivered to the development department via a redliner file. Special search functions make it easy to find the modifications in the original design for the engineer to then integrate into the final design files. This allows you to have a consistent documentation of the final product that is installed in the field, within E³.series.
