Speakers' Corner

There is no better way to get involved than to participate as a presenter. Have some ideas or special skills to share? Then this is your chance!

We are now accepting papers submissions for the 2010 Conference. Sessions are 45 or 90 minutes in length, including time for Q&A.

Getting involved is easy

  • Talk with your colleagues and fellow users and select a topic that you think will be of interest to other attendees.
  • Write a short abstract outlining your topic (100-300 words) and submit your abstract no later than May 21, 2010
  • Team presentations are welcome
  • Consult with your Zuken AE if you need some inspiration – we’re here to help!

Complimentary Attendance

As a speaker you are offered complimentary attendance to the entire conference, at the time of regististration, please use the speaker discount code supplied to you by the Conference Manager.

Important Deadlines

  • May 21  – Abstract submissions due
  • June 11 – Speakers notified of paper acceptance
  • July 2 – Speaker Agreement due
  • September 3
    Final Presentations due
    Short personal biography (100 words) due
    Short company description (50 words) due
    Head and shoulders photo 300dpi due
    Company logo at 300dpi due

Accommodations

Each speaker is responsible for booking and payment of his/her own accommodations. Book your hotel guest room before September 17th to ensure availability at the conference rate.

Audio / Visual

If you have any technical requirements, i.e., you need use of a laptop or laser pointer, please notify the Conference Manager.

Presenting at the conference

When presenting at the annual conference, each speaker will be assigned a ‘speaker buddy’. This is a member of Zuken staff who will introduce you at the opening of your presentation, and generally be on hand to support you at the Conference. This person will be assigned to you a couple of weeks prior to the conference.
