Enhanced Copy and Paste

It is now possible to copy and paste information between the 'Constraint Manager' spreadsheet and external spreadsheet applications.

Information copied into the Windows paste buffer from an external application can be pasted into the 'Constraint Manager' spreadsheet;                                                                                    

Information copied into the Windows paste buffer from the 'Constraint Manager' spreadsheet can be pasted into an external application;

Note that it is not possible to copy and paste the cell headers, or the names of the design items.
