Copy and Paste Parts

You can now copy complete part definitions including hierarchies in the Library Editor's 'Parts' tab using the new 'Copy Part' option. The copied parts are stored on the clipboard and can be pasted as a new part using 'Paste' into the same Library or to another Part Library.
