Drill Holes colour and visibility

A new entry is added in the Colour Dialog for Drill Hole colour setting on each layer;

Also drill holes are now drawn regardless of the size relationship with the pad (i.e. yellow circles in diagram below);

If a pad is not shown due to it being on a layer that is not being displayed, it used to be represented by its drill hole drawn as 'not True Size' in the pad colour. This is no longer true; if the drill hole exists on a displayed layer and is set to be visible, it will be drawn, if not then it won't.
