Design Units in Report Generator

An addition Report Element has been added to the Report Generator called "Design Units", which if used will, export the units used in the design in the report.

The output format of the units can be configured in the Modify dialog;

Full. This displays the full text of the current design units, eg "Thousands of an Inch".

Short. This displays the shorter text of the current design units, eg "Thou".

Abbreviated. This displays the recognised abbreviation of the current design units, eg "th".
