Browse Errors dialog

A new Browse Errors dialog has been added to make the viewing of DRC errors easier.

The Browse Errors dialog is located on the Utilities, Checks menu:

This dialog gives details of all errors found during a Routing Check and allows you to cross probe the error and items that generate the error onto the P.R.Editor canvas.  Each item on the report underlined in blue is a hyper link onto the design.
